JANET JACKSON’S SELF-TITLED SET RETURNS TO NO.1 FOR A FIFTH WEEK!

Plus: Taylor Swift‘s folklore climbs to No.2; Sinead O’Connor’s I Do Not Want What I Haven’t Got goes Silver!

Janet Jackson’s janet. rises 2-1 to score a fifth non-consecutive week atop the L.dK Weekly Top 50, moving 72,000 copies (down 8 percent). The album has now sold over half a million copies, becoming Jackson’s first album to do so.

Jackson’s two-week-leader Rhythm Nation 1814 steps up 7-6 on sales of 31,000 copies (down 8 percent).

Taylor Swift’s folklore elevates 3-2, although with an 8 percent dip in sales to 61,000 sold. The album previously spent a whopping seventeen weeks at the chart summit.

Swift’s No.2-peaking Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) reverses course 9-8 with 25,000 sold (down 3 percent).

Lana Del Rey’s chart-topping Did you know that there’s a tunnel under Ocean Blvd rebounds 4-3 on sales of 52,000 copies (down 7 percent). The album has now sold 1.901 million units since its release, surpassing Blue Banisters to become Del Rey’s 4th bestselling album to date!

Stevie Nicks’s Complete Studio Albums & Rarities drops to No.4 following its No.1 debut last week, shifting a further 49,000 copies (down 55 percent).

Jessie Ware’s four-week-ruler That! Feels Good! recovers 6-5 with 36,000 copies sold (on par with last week).

Outside the Top Five: Sinead O’Connor’s newly-Silver-certified I Do Not Want What I Haven’t Got regresses to No.7 from its No.5 highpoint (27,000 sold – down 32 percent); Beyonce’s chart-topping RENAISSANCE jumps 11-9 (21,000 units – down 9 percent); and Joni Mitchell’s Court and Spark holds at No.10 after twelve weeks in pole position (20,000 units – down 9 percent).
