Maggie Rogers continues to dominate!

Maggie Rogers logs a second consecutive week at number-one on the L.dK Weekly Top Fifty with Surrender, as the album sells a furth 86,000 units in its third frame on sale (down 35 percent). The hit has now sold over 300,000, earning it a Platinum certification!
Court and Spark leads a pack of Joni Mitchell records in the Top Ten as it maintains its No.2 rank after spending five weeks in pole position, moving 70,000 copies (up 9 percent). Mitchell also ascends 10-8 for a new peak with Hejira (24,000 units – up 14 percent); and roars 29-10 with Don Juan’s Reckless Daughter (20,000 units – up 100 percent).
Three former chart-toppers round out the Top Five: Elvis Presley’s Elvis 30 #1 Hits holds at No.3 with 54,000 sold (down 1 percent); Adele’s 30 strengthens at No.4 with 40,000 sold (up 7 percent); and HAIM hold at No.5 with Women in Music Pt. III on sales of 28,000 copies (even with last week).
Outside the Top Five: Kate Bush’s The Whole Story bullets at No.6 (27,000 units – up 3 percent); Florence + the Machine’s Dance Fever inches 8-7 (24,000 units – on par with last week); and Lizzo drops 7-9 with Special (22,000 units – down 11 percent).
Onto Next Week: Maggie Roger’s Surrender is currently tracking for a third week at the top spot, likely with sales of over 75,000 copies. Joni Mitchell’s Court and Spark could also return for a sixth term in charge, with over 70,000 sold.

Notable Moves in the Weekly Top 50
No.13 – When the Pawn … – Fiona Apple’s sophomore studio album pays its first visit to the Weekly Top Fifty as it opens at No.13 with sales of 17,000 units. Pawn follows Fetch the Bolt Cutters which peaked at No.4 in 2020 and went on to sell over a million copies and chart for more than 80 weeks.
No.14 – Night Ride Home / Joni Mitchell’s 1991 album ascends 19-14 to a reach a new peak on the L.dK Weekly Top Fifty, selling 16,000 in the latest tracking week.
No.15 – 21 / Following Adele’s recent Las Vegas announcements and Elle magazine covers, her studio albums make inroads in the Top Fifty, with 21 leading the pack, surging up 33 spots to No.15 on sales of 15,000 units. 25 follows at No.19 (up from No.38) with 12,000 sold.
